Lukas Jaburek is a leading Czech glass artist and designer who sensitively combines traditional craftsmanship with an original artistic approach and contemporary design. Until 2018, he worked as the Art Director of the prestigious Moser glassworks in Karlovy Vary, after which he set out on his own artistic journey. He returned to his native region of the Ore Mountains, where he revives the once-lost glassmaking traditions and gives them new life.

For his work, he has received numerous awards, including the Public Award at Czech Grand Design 2012.
