Lucie Tomanová is a jewelry designer, geologist, and the founder of the brand České brože. In her work, she combines minerals, Czech Preciosa glass, and personal stories to create original handcrafted jewelry, with a strong emphasis on detail, emotion, and individuality. Alongside her iconic brooches, she also designs earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces, cufflinks, and jewelry sets for both women and men. Each piece is one of a kind, distinguished by its unique colors and rich textures.
She developed her own signature technique, “brooching,” through which a brooch becomes a personal expression of style and the life story of its wearer. She collaborates with Czech fashion designers, supports charitable projects, and her jewelry is worn by notable personalities. Her brooch Colorful Bouquet was worn by the First Lady of the Czech Republic, Eva Pavlová, during a photoshoot for Vogue.
