Auction rules

1. Auction organizer

Art Of Sharing z.s., IČO: 23734116. Jankovcova 1639/16e, Praha 7,170 00.

2. Validity

These auction rules apply exclusively to the Charity Auction of Art Work. 

The organizer acts as a sales agent without entitlement to remuneration. The price achieved at auction is final and will not be increased by additional fees.

3. Auction participants

Legal entities and natural persons capable of performing legal acts may participate in the auction if they register on the day of the auction and their registration is approved by the auctioneer.

Registered bidders will be assigned an auction number. Registration is only possible on site, no later than 15 minutes before the start of the auction.

4. Auction process

The auction will be conducted in CZK, starting from the opening price according to the bidding table. Bidders bid by raising their assigned number.

The auction is anonymous. In the event of a tie between the limit bid and the bid in the auction room, the bid in the auction room takes precedence.

The auction is closed with a hammer blow. If no bids are made, even at the minimum price, the item remains unsold.

5. Payment of the price

The price achieved at auction is payable on the spot in cash or by bank transfer.

Items can be picked up on site or by arrangement at Reallocate s.r.o, Lublanská 42, Prague 2, 120 00.

Delivery by post or courier is possible by agreement, with postage and packaging added to the price. If the winning bidder does not pay the price within 15 days, the auction is considered void.

6. Acquisition of ownership

Ownership is transferred to the winning bidder after payment of the adjusted price. The bidder confirms acceptance by signing the document.

7. Final provisions

Personal data and limits are trade secrets. Unresolved situations are governed by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
