In 2009, I took the bold step of founding Women in Business Romania, establishing myself as a pioneer in creating a vibrant and supportive community of women. This non-profit organization is dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs and women in corporate environments, providing them with essential resources like education, networking opportunities and mentorship. During the time, I hosted a TV and radio show, "Business for WOMEN," offering an platform for discussions, insights, and inspiration tailored to women. My commitment to women's empowerment extended to mentoring women entrepreneurs as part of the European Network of Mentors for Women Entrepreneurs, project launched by European Commision and Mentoria programme based in Romania.
